Office Hours:
Mid November to end of April: 5 days a week, Mon-Fri (7:00am-2:00pm). End of April to Mid November: 7 days a week (9:00am-4:00pm). Our physical store is at 3 Webster Street, Markleeville CA.

Store Policy:
OPEN YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATLEY to verify contents. Not responsible for any errors in this order if not contacted within 5 days of receipt of order. If a mistake is noticed, please call at once and we will make every effort to correct the problem.

Inventory is not guaranteed and goes fast. Many items can not be re-ordered. Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All sales are final. Items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item, NO REFUNDS. Shipping charges will apply on initial orders. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges unless it is our error. Prices include California Sales Tax.

Photos of merchandise are samples only and subject to change without notice. Sponsor logos will be added to the final products (when indicated in the description) and will not be reflected on store samples.

Sizing Charts:
For correct fit see the Merchandise Sizing Chart. 2012 and 2013 clothing use the Primal Sizing Chart. Previous years merchandise us the Voler Sizing Chart. If you have any questions about the clothing please call us.

Estimated Ship Date for 2013 Merchandise:
On or before 06/13/13 or as merchandise becomes available. Receiving of merchandise varies per vendor. All orders are shipped complete.
